The Accountability Plan: What’s included?

Tailored workout plan

Your workout plan will be designed to suit you and work towards your own personal goals, for example muscle growth or fat loss. This is a tried and tested science-based formula to help you achieve results. It will be tailored to fit into your lifestyle, which makes it so much easier to stick to long-term.

Nutrition advice and guidance

I will give you all the nutrition advice you will need, as well as a calorie and protein target, which will be based on the information you provide me with and your goals. These targets will be simple and easy to follow. Your calorie target is to ensure you are in a calorie deficit/surplus (dependent on your goals). Your protein target is to make sure you are having enough protein to help with muscle growth and weight loss.

Non-restrictive eating

All AW FITNESS plans are non-restrictive! I will help you to achieve your goals in a sustainable way, whilst implementing healthy lifestyle habits throughout. This is NOT a “crash diet” or a boring “diet”. It is a plan where you can still enjoy the foods you love and not feel guilty about it!
